1) Revenue share rules

Commission basis (the only number that matters)

Commission is calculated on collected revenue only. Money must clear. Refunds and chargebacks are excluded.

Partner tracks and payouts

Track A Referral Partner: they introduce, you close. Commission is 15 percent of collected revenue.

Track B Sales Partner: they close using your rate card. Commission is 25 percent of collected revenue.

Renewal bonus

Add 5 percent on month 2 and month 3 renewals only, if paid on time.

Operational note: If you want to avoid arguments, define “paid on time” as “paid by 11:59 PM Eastern on the invoice due date.”

Unpaid invoices, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, barter

Commission term

Partner earns on that client for 12 months from the first paid invoice date. Then it expires.

Partner intake

Require agreement to the Partner Program Rules before issuing promo codes or referral links.

Devil’s advocate: if you hand out codes before a signed agreement, you are asking for a payout fight. Do not do it.
