Booking and rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session. Late reschedules may require a new booking based on availability.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once your session is booked or your editing work begins. If a session is canceled by us, you can choose a reschedule or a refund.
Deliverables and turnaround
Turnaround depends on workload and package. If you have a deadline, tell us before you pay and book.
Client responsibility
You must provide accurate names, handles, titles, and any required assets. Delays in info can delay delivery.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact us first. Chargebacks add fees and can pause deliverables until the issue is resolved.
